At WEST X EAST, we strive for your complete satisfaction. However, as an eco-conscious brand committed to sustainable practices, we have implemented a specific returns policy to minimize environmental impact.

- All garments are made to order, reducing overproduction and waste.
- We encourage conscious shopping to minimize returns and their associated carbon emissions.
Return Policy
Once an order is placed, sales are final and non refundable. Products are eligible for store credit exchange for up to 10 days following the purchase date.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
Store Credit
Ineligible Items:
- Custom-sized garments.
- Customized garments.
- Items purchased during seasonal sales.
- Sample sales.
Eligible Items Must Be:
- In original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Unworn and odorless.
- Free from damage, alterations, or stains.
Store Credit Process
- Ensure your item meets all eligibility criteria.
- Follow instructions from our returns portal.
- We got you on shipping, and you got us on returns. Shipping of initial orders are always free, but shipping fees of returns are assumed by the client.
- You have the choice of paying a small up-front fee at the checkout of your purchase to have free returns later. If you decide not to pay this fee, you will have to pay shipping return fees depending on your sender address details.
Store Credit
- Approved returns will be exchanged for store credit.
- Store credit will be issued for the retail price of the item(s) purchased.
- U.S. customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
- International customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs, and a return shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit.
Processing Time
- Allow 5-7 business days for return processing after delivery.
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
Quality Control
- All orders undergo quality checks before shipping.
- Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your product.
- WEST X EAST is not liable for damages reported after the 24-hour period.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to deny exchanges that don't meet our conditions.
- Unauthorized returns will be sent back at the customer's expense.
- Customers are liable for return and re-delivery costs for items failing customs clearance.
- Store credit will be issued as a gift card to the email provided at purchase.
